Orii ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Orii founder intelligence platform, accessible at app.getorii.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our service.

• Account information: Your name and email address, provided when your account is created or when you sign in with Google.
• Content you provide: Session transcripts, notes, and any other content you upload or generate within the platform.
• Usage data: Basic logs of how you interact with the platform, used to improve reliability and performance.
• Authentication data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID and email address. We do not receive your Google password.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Orii platform
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process and store content you provide to generate intelligence and insights
• Communicate with you about your account or the service
• Improve and develop the platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use industry-standard security practices to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare and Supabase) to operate the platform. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
• AI processing: Content you provide may be processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate insights and draft content. Anthropic's usage policies apply to this processing.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at the address below and we will action your request within 30 days.

6. Google OAuth

If you sign in using Google, we access only your email address and Google account ID via Google's OAuth service. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts, or any other Google data. You can revoke Orii's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Orii uses browser local storage to maintain your session (storing your authentication token). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

9. Children's Privacy

Orii is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
